Most outdoor lighting companies send a commissioned salesperson to your door, then a crew you've never met to your roof. Somewhere in the middle, the design gets lost and the price picks up a showroom, a fleet and three layers of management.
TrueGlow is deliberately small. John Madara walks the property, draws the design, writes the proposal and is on site for the installation. Nothing is handed off, so nothing gets lost — and there's no overhead to pay for.
Lighting is all we do. Not one line item on a long list of home services. Our goal on every job is the same: the lighting should look like it belongs on the home, not like someone attached lights to it.
We're a Haven Certified Installer and we install Haven exclusively. We'd rather know one excellent product line inside out than sell whatever happens to be cheapest that month.
